HR Admin

Teraz Consultancy Company is hiring an HR Admin with the following:

Job Responsibilities:
1- Organize and maintain personnel records
2- Update internal databases
3- Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
4- Purchasing office supplies, equipment, and furniture.
5- Giving support in supervising office boys, managing buffet, office needs, Searching for cleaning companies.
6- Any other duties as may reasonably be required by the Director.

Job Requirements:
1- Bachelor’s degree
2- 2 or more years office administration experience. Maximum age is 30.
3- Proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook,).
4- Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
5- English Language is a must.
