experience across a wide selection of social media & Textual Analytics tools, e.g. Radian6, Crimson Hexagon, Sysomos, Clarabridge

experience with the delivery of Social Media Analytics solutions (via reporting structures or using advanced visualization dashboards) and with the actual analysis of Social Media data
