A #Training #Specialist
Will assist in planning and implementing different training activities throughout the organization:
Main Responsibilities :
1. Responsible for preparing Training Budget.
2. Preparing and Implementing Training Needs Assessment.
3. Assist in Preparing the company's Annual training Plan
4. Following up on training progress, evaluation and analysis.
5. Assist in generating reports and monitor employees' progress in meeting training requirements and performance
6. Conducting the new hire induction program.
Requirements:
• FEMALES ONLY
• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Very good command of both written and spoken English
• From 1 to 3 year of related experience - fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• HR diploma is a plus
• Very good MS office skills
• Very Good Communication Skills and Presentation Skills.
